A Skilled Tradesperson is responsible for performing specialized tasks in their area of expertise (such as welding, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) on construction sites. They ensure that their work meets the required quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. This role involves collaborating with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Execution: Perform specific trade tasks (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry) according to project plans and specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to building codes and regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety meetings and inspections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, other tradespersons, and apprentices to ensure project milestones are met.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues related to their assigned tasks that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Physical Responsibilities:
- The role requires working on construction sites, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions, noise, and hazardous materials.
