Foss General Contractors was contracted by Frontier Aerospace to design, fabricate, and install a new water cooling piping system that integrated with one of their staging and testing pads. Foss worked with Frontier Aerospace to ensure that the engineering and specifications of the systems met the design requirements of the systems. After finalizing the engineering and design, our team oversaw the acquisition of all specialty parts, pumps, and materials as needed. Once fabrication was completed, on-site installation was scheduled, executed, and finalized with turnkey confirmation during the final walkthrough with Frontier. We installed new headers, different branch lines for different system components, various valves, fittings, pumps, pipes, and tanks while confirming everything was accurate to the Project Initiation Document (PID). Our team oversaw this project from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless transition and the highest customer satisfaction.
